- Inventory and analysis of the regulatory, economic and competitive environment
- Conduct workshops to develop sustainability positioning
- Determine sustainability goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) with the involvement of relevant internal stakeholders
- Development of an internal sustainability guideline

RESULTS

- Completion of a sustainability positioning and an internal sustainability guideline
- Sustainability targets and KPIs defined for different business units
- Attention to the topic of sustainability increased across all departments
