Supply chains

Since January 1, 2023 the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltsgesetz - LkSG) regulates the corporate responsibility and due diligence obligations of German companies and their global supply chains to protect human rights an the environment. To help companies meet this responsibilities, we support them in making their supply chains fair and transparent in order to identify risks at an early stage and take remedial action. To this end, we offer solutions ranging from risk analysis and the development of social and environmental strategies to the tracking of the respective raw materials.

Our services:

  • Conducting risk analyses and developing risk management tools

  • Development of preventive measures

  • Development of procedures for complaint and remedy management (grievance redress mechanisms)

  • Support in establishing documentation and reporting on supply chain management

  • Real-time tracking of commodities and ESG criteria and blockchain-based data collection â€‹
